Volvo XC60 - We part exchanged our car to buy the Volvo. So pleased with our new car. The whole process was made easy by the staff at Tim Hayward’s Car sales. We found a slight chip in windscreen, which was not a problem and sorted out, they even picked up and dropped car off. They couldn’t do enough for us. Well, what can I say. I will begin by praising these guys to the hilt.Bought my car there a year ago. Excellent personal service from the minute I walked through the gates. After sales service/communication was superb. My MOT is due, so I thought I’d contact the guys to guide me to the garage that did the Mot last year. To my astonishment, they offered to take the car for the Mot and have just delivered my car back to me at my home address. We got our new family car from Tim and Tristan, we put a deposit down on the car before it even arrived at the garage, Tristan was very friendly and reassuring we went to view the same make of car which was perfect. We had a few issues with needed a part but Tristan and his team got it sorted ASAP. Then we were so excited to finally be picking up the car when wenthen came into another issue however we took the car home till the part arrived and then we was given courtesy carbwhile it was sorted. Brilliant dealer highly recommended. Also gave us a fab deal for both our old cars 5 stars

Cannot fault Tristan. Buying a car over the phone from a dealership 250 miles away was absolutely daunting and I’m pleased to say that Tristan kept me updated every step of the way and the service was fantastic. The car was driven up to me and was better than the images and video I’d seen. There was a small issue with both the fob batteries being dead but without hesitation the drivers went off and found the right batteries before heading back down to Wales. I would absolutely recommend Tim Hayward Car Sales without hesitation. Thank you for the very honest experience when spending that kind of money.
