Very happy with my car purchase. Sales person not pushy and very patient with me. Had a good experience.

Did what they said they would what more do you need. Perhaps the parking area needs addressing

Bought a juke a few weeks back dealt with a sales man Gary all I can say is he was brilliant, helpful and true to his word. Not impressed with this garage at all, just took our car in for a service, this is how I got my books back covered in oil. They didn't fix the issue it was exactly the same when it came back out, our car stunk, no covers on my seats or paper on the floor. They're really difficult to get hold of to book in. They say they've sent an email to the relevant department and someone will call you back; but they don't. It took me over a week of calling to get our car in. It was only because we had 3 years free servicing that we used this garage, to be honest I would have rather paid a local garage. Pretty poor all round.

Great service from Simon and the sales team. Safety screens in place at sales desks, hand sanitiser available.

Just went to the site as looking for a 4x4 car, couldn’t look at the new Dacia as they are not available until next year, but did have an older one which I said was not for us, then told no 4x4’s available by the guy that was leaning on a bonnet of car talking to the blonde girl. (even Nissans or Renaults) which we could see but I suppose it was my shorts and hoodie that put them off. That’s one place we won’t visit again, even though the guy from the top site sent us down there
