Website is dreadful I got to the payment page and then nothing happened after I put my card details etc in, Could not place the order VERY very frustrating. This happens all the time

Joyell shop has changed. Now they sell only school uniforms. It's more efficient and easier to shop and order.

My daughter had to be transferred to a new school in the middle of the school year and school term. We were refered to the Whitchurch branch of YC Sports by the school to purchase the new school uniform. Have to say that the young lady who was managing the shop was very professional and very knowledgeable. She turned what could have been a very stressful time into a pleasant one. We were able to kit my daughter out for school very quickly. The quality of the products available is very good and very affordable. A lot more affordable than l had initially calculated as well. Great little shop, l would highly recommend it if you are planning to buy school uniform for your children.

Service was good, just needed a bit more direction re collection of online orders. Separate line for that would make it a little more stream line. Can't fault the staff though, helpful, courteous and polite. 🙂

Staff are nice but sizes available were crazy ! Couldnt buy a 4-5 yr old polo shirts for sons school they only had 3-4 or 5-6!
