Love the stock in store for the children. Had a item to return. Process was simple and quick. The boy serving was very polite and helpful

The staff are very rude and you feel like they’re judging you ,they don’t respect you and are just very blunt and awkward ,they shouldn’t hire people with no experience on how to deal with certain situations, will not come here again, it’s not hard to be nice

Full marks considering. Shop was quite busy and understaffed, but I could browse at length in peace and when I was ready to be served they were efficient and capable. Great prices and range too.

Absolutely shocking service I stood in the store for 35mins waiting for them bring my trainers out at this point I'd had enough of seeing the staff sitting around talking and 3 people serving 1 person I just walked out, safe to say I will never be returning to this store again!!!

Didn't have what I needed in store but managed to get everything on line except for the trainers ...... maybe I should start shopping earlier tha63 days before Christmas ⛄ 🌲

Great store. The employee went out of his way to sell me the most expensive trainers in the store. He spent time explaining how the shoe is made in China and that many hours had gone into designing the shoe for the support and longevity of the foot. I tried them on and tested them around the store, they had an alarm on them due to the price so I could not leave the store to try them on the tarmac and see how fast they were. He sold them on the promise that I'd get at least 1000miles out of them as they are extra hard wearing and also told me about the Nike 2 year guarantee. Should the shoe rip or get damaged in 2 years then all I have to do is provide my receipt to get a full refund. After selecting the correct size he wrote his employee number inside the box to receive his commission, he then put them behind the counter where I had to wait for them to remove the alarms and pay for the shoes.

Online ordering service is a disgrace, ordered twice jd sports ca ncelled order first time second time ordering i cancelled after 5 _6weeks as delivery no where in sight
