Socked how awful the attitude of the front of house staff is. No interest in giving any help to myself or the other customers who entered during the time I spent looking on their computer (which wasn’t working correctly), after being ordered to look for the parts I needed on it. Left without buying anything.

Great Service. I visited this shop to buy a DVI to VGA adaptor. It took a bit of working out to established which DVI I needed. I had great help in doing this and we found the part in stock.

Utterly pissed off with this company. Not with the staff at Nantgarw/Cardiff I hasten to add, but with the imbeciles at the central warehouse who have twice now sent the wrong items. Avoid. (I am forced to award one star otherwise it won't post this. Should be zero!)

Best book a day of if you plan on going into the store and getting served, they may get around to sorting you. then again more likely to walk past and look at you and then disappear.

Disgraceful service, I called to check an item was in stock before I placed the order for a large item, I was told it was in stock and it would be delivered the next day, I placed the order, waited for the delivery the next day which did not turn up - when I called up i was told I don't know why you were told it would be delivered as its not in stock anywhere - what an absolute waste of my time. Will never order from this company again.

Wont be using them again. Prices to high and delivery times to long. Could of ordered direct from China and cheaper. Up the game or shut shop

The South African guy is rude, unhelpful and very lazy.

Have stopped using this company, way overpriced would rather shop online and wait a few days for delivery. This company needs to do some research and bring their prices down.
