Anthony provides a very personal touch and unlike most other estate agents, there's no hard-sale or constant badgering. Recently sold our house through Hywel Anthony Estate Agents and we are very pleased with the service we received. We were given a realistic valuation of our house (offers within the first day of viewing), great service throughout including the pictures being taken and sorting out the descriptions etc for the brochure and adverts. Additionally, they have been great at coordinating the sale; chasing people as required and giving us useful updates. The price for the service has also been entirely reasonable (and cheaper than other quotes we received). Definitely recommend.

I purchased a house in Pontyclun via Hywel Anthony Estate Agents in Talbot Green and i can say they were very professional and helpful through the whole purchase stage. Usually i have found with larger chain estate agents, that you have to chase up email requests a few times when needing information or action from the estate agent . On each occasion, when dealing with the members at Hywel Anthoy Estate Agents, the requests sent by myself were dealt with within a working day and where needed followed up quickly later on, which from my perspective speeded up the purchase process removing some of the headaches you get when buying a house.
