Edwards and Co Property Sales and Letting cardiff

I needed a tennant in my Caerphilly home very quickly. The staff at Edwards and co found one and had them in place within 2 weeks. A fantastic achievement. I was going to manage it myself but because they were so professional ,courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the rental market, it made sense to use them as my letting agent. It’s been 6 months now and they have been awesome. A great team lead by a great husband and wife team. Thanks to ALL at Edwards. Can’t recommend you guys highly enough

Truly deplorable service. Not worth one star. The vendors of a flat I was interested in took weeks to come back to me with their decision. Although I appreciate that vendors are entitled to take time making a decision, at no point did I feel supported as a prospective buyer or that Edwards & Co had any sense of urgency or desire to make a sale. I had to contact them every step of the way to even get an update on my offer and each time spoke to someone new on the team. I'm still waiting for a call back relating to an offer - despite being polite, the team are totally ineffective.

UPDATE: Still Awful but to respond to their reply, yes I did speak to the ombudsmen but as I had not paid edwards any money the ombudsmen was unable to get involved (sadly). And no it isn't a shame that you can't pay to get real negative reviews removed from Google like you do on other services. Also seem to be some suspect 5* reviews from fake names appear just after reviews from real people.......isnt that convienient. Awful company that use underhanded and questionable tactics to push prices artificially high. We made a bid in the "guide price" but were told even though there were no other bids the owner wanted above the guide price (so why don't they advertise as such?). I will never buy a property that's listed with these poor excuses for estate agents.

We recently referred these guys to help a member of our team who was in desperate need of help after being let down BADLY by another Rhiwbina agent. Simon and his team reached out and hand held through a difficult and stressful time to deliver a perfect move, which then in turn, lead to another instruction and subsequent sale! Win win! Having viewed a number of properties with Edwards and Co I have found them to be nothing but honest and professional. The staff at the office are friendly and nothing has been too much trouble for them despite me being the fussiest home seeker. I have also been viewing houses with other agents and although friendly ect they do not seem to have the personal touch of Edwards and Co. I have finally found my new home with them and will not hesitate in using them again and recommending to friends and family. Thank you Edwards and Co.

We had met Anthony (branch manager) on a previous house viewing and really liked his work ethic and professionalism, so much so we decided to follow him to Edwards when he took the managers position there. The whole team, who dealt with both the sale of our previous property and the purchase of our new one were really helpful throughout the whole process. During the heights of the global pandemic they were able to conduct viewings with great care for all involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

My partner and myself have never dealt with a more professional and nicer estate agents/landlords than the team at Edwards and Co. Simon & Lisa are truly wonderful and have been amazing through the process of us becoming tenants of one of their beautiful homes. From the moment we made contact we have always received a sharp response from either Simon or a member of staff in the office ( liz the lettings co-ordinator) who is so professional and friendly. From start to finish the process has been so easy and no stress at all, we have been kept up to date more than we would expect with the whole process.
