We recently sold our property through PA Blacks Cowbridge office. I have to recommend the staff who go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. They are a professional, helpful and extremely friendly bunch. Had I not left the area I would most definitely use them for my next venture! Give them a try!!

We were cold contacted by PA Black in November. We had our house on the market with another agent but were very disatisfied with the service we recieved i.e. no viewings and not keeping in touch oir responding to emails. Since we have changed to PA Black we have had several viewings and tthe office have been excellent at keeping in touch with feedback and comments. Would highly recommend PA Black .

Have just been looking for a property in and around the Cowbridge area and was delighted to come across Stephanie who really helped me with my search. Being new to the area, it was very daunting, but she quickly put me at ease and was able to tell me everything I needed to know.
