Rich (Richard Bennett) and the team at Peter Alan were absolutely amazing!! We’ve just completed on our new home in Victoria Park and I just have to shout from the roof tops how good he and his team were. From the first day, they were tentative to our needs. We were nervous, but they took all the stress out of the situation and launched our property at an Open House. It ran so smoothly and we also got 20k plus over the asking price!!! Not only did they sell our home but Richard was instrumental in securing our onward purchase, this was such a big deal for us and he went out of his way to help. We now have our dream home!! I honestly believe that it was more than just a house sale to Rich, he was more than just an estate agent, he was a friend and I would truly recommend the guys to everyone!!! Richard did the most amazing job selling our home. We live in Australia so good communication was so important to me. All my emails were addressed within 24 hours and I was 100% clear on what was happening in relation to the sale of our home. I really wanted the house so i was told to speak with Charlotte if i wanted to offer who informed me about the seller and enthusiastic about the house! They were very helpful for start to finish. I did find the person showing me around the property to not know much at first but were able to answer all questions asked later on. They made the process simple and easy and were always willing to help!

These guys have been great, it took a full year to sell my flat after several sales fell through (as did several purchases!) during covid. Charlotte was always on hand with help and advice, and Will came round with my spare key when I locked myself out!
