This company is unfortunately renowned for agreeing deals then holding out for a higher bids thus causing a lot of issues including financial, for its clients. I would steer clear and use a more ethical, professional company who keep you informed and will be more honest in their business strategies. It's 'SO' hard for first time buyers and moving is a very stressful situation without the added stress from companies like Durbins dustbin service. I hope they will take this feedback on board, however I believe this is unlikely. PLEASE BE WARY and have a more pleaserable time during the moving process.
