Shocking service, queues out of the door yet only 2 cashiers working. Shut other branches and don't think about customers travelling to cause chaos in the branch due to lack of staff. Staff saying they are not happy being there doesn't make you feel any better about being in a queue. When you do get served the rest of the queue can hear all of your business.

Opening hours used to be until 5:00pm Mon-Fri and 9:30am-12:30pm Saturdays. Now they close at 4:30pm and do not open on Saturdays, but hurrah!! you can do your banking online, which is great news for people without internet access who can only do their banking after 4:30pm or on a Saturday morning. Presumably, Barclays don't care about these customers.

Poor bank opens after everyone has gone to work and closes before they get home. Pointless. Parking

Poor bank opens after everyone has gone to work and closes before they get home. Pointless. Parking is awful and the cash machine constantly does not accept deposits. If you're paying in cash it's basically a lottery. I loathe using it which I think is Barclays plan.

Absolute shocking service, the woman behind the counter will look for any excuse not to do any work!

I only go to this branch if I have to , as the queues are usually quite long. As I work in the centre of Cardiff, I use the branch next to St. David's centre as the paying in system has 8 automated tills and I'm in and out in 5 minutes. Still surprises me that some customers are still coming into this branch to ask for a balance.
