If your thinking of having gel nails done for holiday, I wouldn't bother coming to this salon for them. I had my hands & feet done for holiday 19th sept, & within 2 days of being away my thumb nail (which was dark pink) had turned white. I went back to the salon on my return where I was told "yes this happens when your abroad") really.??!!!! I always have my nails done for holiday & this has never happened before. Needless to say this was the first time I had used this salon for my nails. They were prepared to rectify the 1 nail. Which after 10 days growth the rest would have looked ridiculous. When my daughter had a problem with 1 of her nails at another salon, they redone the whole set. Which was fabulous customer service.. I WONT BE WASTING MY MONEY AT THIS SALON NO MORE.

Just had a very disappointing file and polish, which used to include a dab of nail oil and handcream afterwards, not this time. Nail polish was not sealed at nail tip. Just got home and seen nails in daylight and three of them are bubbly. Even with metallic nailpolish this should not happen. My fault I caught one nail before I left salon, but the therapist just rubbed off the chipped bit and painted over it. It now looks lumpy. Not happy. Have removed all the polish and will have to do myself before going out tomorrow night. I have been a customer for years but the place has gone down. Not very nice, or relaxing either, to have someone having hard skin on their feet removed sitting nearby, in what is basically the Reception area. The manicure area was much better when it wad upstairs. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and am cross at wasting money today.
