As with most of the other reviews they are very knowledgeable and their trouble shooting is second to none. Friendly staff and a very personal service I would recommend them to anyone, more than happy.

I called ahead to ask if they could help me out, and a lovely lady did her best to ensure I was catered for. I was travelling from Ireland to Cornwall and had a ball joint failure.The Family based team at Promec were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. I was in and out and back on my way within an hour and made it home in time. I would definitely recommend Promec and look forward to using their services again in the future.

Fantastic service as usual... I’m generally very fickle with my cars and strive to get them perfect in every sense, therefore work beyond my competency requiring a garage requires trust and skill appreciation of the garage... Ian and his team are fantastic, they know Land Rover inside and out and have my trust and appreciation. Knowledgeable and friendly team. Morgan has been the one mainly working on my defender 110. I cannot fault him, he has sorted my issues and given me excellent advice on things to prevent future problems. This is a family run business and they all love their Land Rovers. They make all customers feel valued and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend this garage to everyone and I will be having some planned work on my defender (upgrades) booked into them in the coming weeks. I cannot fault the service from this garage.
