5/ 5

Cannot recommenced these guys enough. Absolutely fantastic service today. They went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road the same day so that I am able to use my car to get to work tomorrow. Professional, fast and thorough. Even taking the time to show me what needed to be repaired. I will definitely be recommending you to friends, family and colleagues. Thank you so much. A very, very grateful nurse.

5/ 5

Car broke down on Saturday was not able to sort out anything til Monday. Jason rang me on the Monday to say that nothing could be done til end of the week and they would offer me a courtesy car for the mean while. Then yesterday had a phone call for Jason to say that my car was ready to pick up as he would worked on my Monday night and then finished up on Tuesday morning. I would recommend this garage to anyone in the Rhondda or surrounding areas as they have gone above and beyond to get my car back on the road.

Not doubting their mechanical competence, but customer service is poor. A half day job took 3 days: during this time there was zero communication. Whenever I phoned them they said they didn't have the time: despite the fact that I had booked the repair a week in advance. No reasons were given for me being pushed to the back of the queue and no apologies given. Not cheap either. Nice blokes but not recommended sorry.
