Been a customer of Pratts for over 30 years. Always recommended Paul and promoted his business many times. However to be disrespected and called “a pain in the arse” by his customer prevention manager aka his spouse I find it deeply offensive and I will not accept rudeness. When people disrespect you it is a reflection of how they feel about themselves and I believe says more about them !! What’s equally disappointing is that Paul who I regarded as a friend has not contacted me. :(
