Martin was clear on expected wait times being long (I appreciate honesty if a job may take a while) and then managed to fit our job in sooner than expected. Work carried out to a good standard in a professional and friendly way.

Had Direct Maintenance and the team in to carry out refurbishment and reconfiguration of the bedroom walls to accommodate Tom and Martin were very knowledgeable at what they do and asked what we required at all times They started on time and completed in a timely manor, and most of all within budget Great job well chuffed

Refused to call out to quote on a major renovation project because I had 4 or 5 other contractors quoting on the project. What else do you expect of customers? Very odd and questionable attitude to be taking and says more about this business than anything else. Avoid if you don’t want your time wasted.

They did a fantastic job on our home renovation. We will definitely use them again for any future work.
