Staff are miserable ..dont answer phones either

Come here now it’s stead of extra Cardiff because it’s less busy and always stocked. This branch has polite staff that are always willing to help. In this store there is always an Evans and burtons on the top floor alongside a big F&F section. I feel this store is bigger with a better range. Down stairs also has an H&B. It’s conveniently located with fuel and a car wash.

After a really stressful few hours back n forth between GP, Hospitals n home we eventually arrived at Tesco Pharmacy. Having been told by floor staff the Pharmacy closed at 6pm, we chanced it and checked. We had arrived minutes after ..... 8pm ( not 6pm closure.... which we had been told) the Pharmacist and Assistant opened up the Pharmacy and dispensed our medication even though they were finished for the evening. I just wanted to say how lovely it was for someone to go out of their way to help. They were kind courteous and professional and we could not let this opportunity pass without expressing our thanks. a

Pleasant staff, Well Stocked Store, however they have a habit of moving things around !

Tesco Culverhouse Cross grocery deliveries are utterly useless. The 1hr delivery slots changes to a 2hr slot on most occasions, today this has changed to a 4hr slot. This has a huge knock on to the day. Deliveries used to be picked and delivered from Western Ave and these deliveries were faultless so it is obviously the management at Culver making the new deliveries so poor
