I was only in Cardiff for a holiday so I only rented the apartment for my time there but I was given the wrong apartment number and the wrong code for the key box so had no way in, I contacted the owner but he had left the office for the day but I did eventually get in touch (through a personal phone number I only get from another resident who had had problems with the owner in the past and was kind enough to help me) and he eventually gave me an entirely different code but it still didn't work and only by chance did I actually get the keys because I tried the code on every key box and it opened one of them and when I got to the apartment for which I now had the keys (which was not the apartment number I was told but I didn't care by this point) I found that it only provided the bare minimum and, despite paying for the cleaning service, there was massive cobwebs everywhere thus clearly showing that I have paid for a service which has not been provided. Overall, the hassle and what was actually provided was not worth the money spent.
