Must say very nice and clean rooms. Coffee, hot chocolate, decafe, bottle water was supplied. And toiletries as well. Even the receptionist was good and polite. Overall enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

Room was ok but the management was very rude. The chef was not available and we were not given enough detail about the disabled access through staircase which we were not told about. We were told that we could make a late check-in and we had given them a time and they kept calling and calling us saying you are not here yet when are you going to be coming and we said a certain time and they didn't even help us to get a taxi. But I can say one good thing was that the cleaners were the best they were so nice and they were always ask just what they need what you think needed and everything.
