Lovely setting and very nice Chapel, However service was ruined by the constant chatter and laughing coming from the foyer of the Chapel, where funeral and crematorium staff were gathered, wished we had stopped the service and asked for some respect to be shown! I understand that it is just another funeral but when you are in the funeral business people should know how to behave and show respect as we cannot exactly re-run the whole thing the following week! Feel let down and there is nothing we can do about it now as you only get one chance to say goodbye. The setting was amazing, however if you employ staff who cannot behave appropriately then it is irrelevant how much effort is put into everything else.

Been twice for relative's funeral. Very nice grounds and the venue is calming. The coffin doesn't roll out of sight like other crematoriums I've been to, rather the curtains close round the coffin. Sufficient parking but trying to turn right onto Port Road East when exiting can be problematic.

Second funeral I've attended here. Very clean and simply furnished. Nothing detracts from focusing on celebrating the passing on of your loved ones. What was different from where I've previously been is the coffin did not enter the crematorium room immediately at the end of the service, so coffin still there as we filed past to exit. It gave a chance to say a final farewell/ personal prayer.
