Boots cardiff

Been calling for the 45 minutes to see if prescription is ready for collection no one answers, why have a phone when they don't pick up, I know their not that busy to answer a 2 minute call. No wonder boots are closing 200 stores, if this is the lack of service customers get . Diabolical. More staff than customers so why didn't pick up the phone.

Boots itself is great but the pharmacy here leaves a lot to be desired, took them 2weeks to get my prescription & wouldn't let me have my script back to try elsewhere. Didn't let me know when it was in either!!

Good local Boots store.

Small boots store offering essential items including a pharmacy. Closed on Sundays. Staff proactive, friendly and helpful.

Waited a long time to b served at the pharmacy,not busy either.

Always very satisfied with Boots. I had ordered an item on line and had it delivered to my local branch.

Great choice of the health related products.

Lovely staff in person and on the phone but have real problems getting through on the phone, line either busy or not answered. Its a busy shop and they do need more staff as this is not fair on the staff on duty being too busy to answer the phone.

More staff needed and one particular one needs to be more patient and polite, pharmacy side in white outfit.
