Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Had some antibiotics needed urgently, put order in straight away and pharmacist came off her lunch break to check prescription. Will be moving repeat prescriptions to this chemist in future!

I have had bad experience with this chemist, the manager haven’t got a clue she’s very ignorant. I will never use this chemist again. If you want your medication avoid this chemist as its error after error. I would have scored the a big zero if I could.

Would prefer zero star! Disgusting service from the 2 pharmacist there today. Front counter lady was lovely. 20 minutes waiting for 1 pkt of prescription medication listening to the 2 acting like a pair of school children. It wouldnt be so bad if there were lots of people waiting but was only myself and another lady who put her prescription in this morning, returned 5 hrs later and still had to sit and wait 15 mins as it hadn't been done. What are these pair doing because clearly not working? It became apparent that a few bottles of purfume had been stolen from the counter, hardly surprising when staff behind taking no notice. I wont apologise about my outburst, A few very strong words and the threat of my public review and here it is. Professional jobs reqire professional staff. You are neither. Thankyou to caerau lane pharmacy for arranging collection from another source and delivery of medication to me. Now thats quality service.

Hi I am a wheelchair user. Changed to lloyds three months ago. In the three months they haven't delivered at all in this time. I have had to send people to get it for me. They lose the prescriptions and then they blame the doctors for there mistakes. Had to give 1 star but would give zero. They would leave you without pills if trusting them to deliver. Changing from these in new year. Useless. Couldn't organise a pi** up in a brewery. Like to make people run around. Rude and false promises. If you rely on getting pills on time, do not go here, they will leave you without them.

Really lovely, friendly and helpful staff who have to deal with a lot of customers for such a small shop. The 'higher-ups' clearly neglect the place as any heavy rain causes serious problems to the roof/ceiling. This puts more pressure on the staff who do their utmost despite the resulting effect on storage space and their safety.

Staff seem to spend their time lagging and conversing with eachother or locals, rarely does it seem like anybody is actually doing anything, amazingly slow service! Managment need somebody here cracking the whip! It's incredibly frustrating everytime I'm forced to wait here when all I want to do is get in and out! Before I get the speil, Covid19 regulations are not impacting the service here. The issue is the staff.
