My grandmother just phoned to put in her repeat she only wanted 2 things taken off i had to take over as she has catarax and they asked her to read out her prescription now their saying she wont get them for fortnight when she only have about 7 days left she was told she needs to ring a week in advance which she is what shes doing now their saying they've been telling people for a year now that they have to ring almost 2 weeks in advance, again which is what she done and tbey told her that dhe was ringing to early while she was talking to the man on the phone he hung up on her i dont recomed this place at all with the attitudes and how long you have to wait for a damn prescription its Beyond a joke

Not friendly staff my sister went in a week ago to get my sons prescription for me as he has special needs and forgot to put it in and said I had to wait till Monday but needed them the bloke said we'll she shouldn't have put it in earlier then shouldn't she my sister gave him what for and its an easy mistake she has a special needs son to look after
