One person was running the shop . Very slow and not very friendly. Waited in the queue for a long ti

One person was running the shop . Very slow and not very friendly. Waited in the queue for a long time which is fine but then when I posted my letter and asked to pay for my other goods she asked to go to the next till and queue again . Which I found it silly as she was the only person running the shop and there was only one counter with 2 tills .Like any other post Offices with the same situation they jump to the other till and you could pay for your posts and goods at the same time . Specially when I was with 2 impatient kids .
