I feel I need to defend this place a little. It's true they don't roll out the red carpet for everyone and that they move at a sedate speed, but they are very helpful if you are polite and you can do everything you need of a post office here.

So rude that you need to go and see her. I am actually amaze of how scary she can be. Wonderful terrifying experience.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Full range of Post Office services along with a good range of ancillary products. Advice about packing/posting and the best way to send items along with the opportunity to buy packing materials. Advice about government services and all other Post Office related issues. Good place.

Just terrible, I work locally and have to visit fairly regularly, the staff are slow, deliberately unhelpful and seem to genuinely enjoy making other people's lives difficult. Like a pair of Disney evil stepmothers.

Popped in the local post office today and the lady behind the desk was unbelievably polite and courteous. In contrast to the reviews above, to be honest I was disappointed as I mentally steeled myself for battle. Thumbs up to the service, I would recommend.

I prepaid a royal mail parcel, she wouldn't take it because the package was over weight. It wasn't it fell within royal mail parcel bracket. I went home and paid for royal mail to collect instead. Rather frustrating

Visited yesterday. Was amazed at how slow and rude the postmistress was to the 3 people in front of me. However, I remained friendly and polite. The third of my small, light parcels slipped onto the counter and the postmistress said "I'd rather not have things thrown at me". I'm a polite, friendly person and was quite taken aback. It's on my home but I will never use again. Have never left reviews on Google other than good ones. If I had a complaint I'd usually make it directly. But looked on here and was relieved it's not just me!

I hate it when the post office lies says they tempted to delivery parcle today but no one was in load of rubbish, I work from home. No card through the door and I got a ring doorbell they haven't come. Awful company avoid
