Royal mail won't leave parcels with a neighbour and then you have the pathetic opening hours. If you work you can forget being able to collect your parcel until the Saturday.

Ridiculous opening hours. Why close at 12.30 everyday when the majority of post that ends up there, does so because the recipient is in work until 5 o'clock. It then takes 2 DAYS to get this package sent to McColls in Radyr, which probably a hour walk away. Close this terrible excuse of a delivery office down and let us use Cowbridge Road East which has customer friendly hours or change the opening hours so it actually of use to anybody who has a job.

Hard to find, without proper visible signage from the main road, slow service and parcels were mixed in with someone else's who never collected theirs. Very poor indeed.
