You get exactly what you order every time. You know what you're getting and that's why we go there occasionally. Saver menu is good for a quick snack and is very cheap.

Been there a few times in n the past. Sausagecand Egg Mcmuffin meal was fine.. just a bit slow on this occasion.

Went there with my daughter and grandaughter today,there was a long queue and it didnt seem to be going down so the lady behind me asked the manager called joe in white shirt, if he could open up another till. His response was NO, very rude and he was standing around doing nothing. He needs to learn some customer service techniques as his attitude stinks. I wont be going there again, god knows how he was made manager is beyond me. Maybe u need to train your staff teach them how to speak to customers with some respect.

It was very clean in side and out bins emptied regularly lovely place

Drive Thru Macdonalds in culverhouse cross increasingly fails to deliver what is ordered, particularly grill orders in busy periods. Also, why is the milkshake machine out of order so often?

I've ordered the pancakes and sausage with syrup for delivery from here 3 times in the past... 100% of the time they've not added the syrup... Today - I decided I would use some initiative and call after making the order to politely ask them to add the syrup to the bag (maybe it's an issue with the ticketing system that makes it unclear?)... I called 3 times, the final time the phone was answered, put on mute and left. I called back and the phone was on busy - basically, they took the phone off the hook and left it there (it's not been off the hook for an hour!). The food finally turned up and... no syrup! And the extra sausage I paid for was missing... everyone knows the syrup is the best bit of the pancake meals!! 1 persons custom wont matter to a brand this size... and 1 person leaving a 1 star review isn't going to bother them... but im fed up with being let down...

Ordered pancakes and syrup and it came with Egg and Sausage in the pancake packaging along with the syrup. This is not the first it had happened, how could you mistake pancakes over egg and sausage? Even if you didn't have anymore pancakes I'm just now only gonna have an egg and sausage with syrup, your having a laugh.
