Terrible service this evening.. two pizzas delivered a hour late and 4 invited kids had to be fed with good old Heinz beans and toast instead.. we live 3 mins away. Was suppose to be a treat. Should have had a phone call from Pontyclun but nothing.. we could have picked it up!! When it came the pizza was cold and went straight into the bin. Had been in a delivery bag for a hour Michael told.me the pizza delivery man (who started his shift at 5pm and therefore could never have been delivered by 5pm anyway) ... not edible! Not Michael's fault.. poor business model and terrible customer satisfaction.

What an overpriced and disappointing service. I have recieved this evening. My food arrived cold, my wedges was not even cooked! And all i get is we will give you a free item on your next order. Disgusting! I just paid £20 for food i could have cooked myself and done a far better job! Seems to have gone down hill, considering a few months ago if you had cold food they would have replaced it there and then. Will not be ordering again.

Forgotten items on my last two delivered orders. As if the profits margins weren’t big enough without failing to deliver items too.

You know what you're getting in Domino's. Very clean store, not much room for waiting but that's normal. My pizza was made and had toppings missing. Had to wait for a remake but staff were very apologetic and sincere. Mistakes happen. Will be back

Went into Pontyclun Domino's as a turn up and pay cash & collect customer (very OAP i know) Ordered a small pizza and was charged £10.99, then a customer next to me pointed out the £6.99 buy 1 g 1 free and the other current, cheaper deals turn up customers get. Was annoyed as they should have pointed out their walk in deals out to me first, apparently nobody goes in and orders and pay cash (you can't use cash) any more. Told thats my problem, nothing they can do by general staff. Complained and manager gave free pizza to me. Poor, i gave the free one away, ALWAYS ASK IF THERE IS A DEAL BEFORE, AS THEY WON'T TELL YOU FIRST. Not happy and i won't go back (domino'$ will survive.) 2 stars because the manager made a token gesture of free pizza after i explained nobody likes being ripped off.
