Quick and easy to get anything and everything you would need as a tradesman or novice DIY'er. Staff very helpful and happy to talk while waiting for items.

Toolstation has better prices and friendlier staff

Always seem to be able to get what I want here.

Staff brilliant and in general find prices lower than competitors

Spoke to a lovely lady at the shop front. She was really cheerful, chatty and couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't find ther tap tops I wanted in the catalogue. She found them straight away and had them on the desk in minutes. The whole transaction couldn't have taken more than ten minutes. I fitted one set as soon as I got home and they were perfect.

Nice store with staff who are always very kind and helpful, plenty of parking available. Only downside are the silly plastic screens which make it hard to speak to the staff, but I imagine that's a central directive from bosses at Screwfix and not the fault of the folks at this store!

Today in Treforest I went to the plumbing section I've been to 100 times to buy something. I was told I couldn't be served there because it's trade only and I had to go to the counter in the adjacent room to be served by THE SAME PERSON. So I did what I should have done in the first place and go to Toolstation. I will never shop at any Screwfix store again.

Staff very helpful and friendly, never any problems shopping in here, quick and easy.
