Fab experience of buying a sofa here. After chatting on messenger popped up to have a look. Such a good range available. Picked a beautiful corner suite in the Halloween deals. Had it delivered same day within 3 hours! Staff amazing couldn't do enough for us. Put sofa together and arranged cushions. I hate shopping for furniture but this was easy and quick. II a one very happy person today and can't thank you enough. Would highly recommend a visit here.

Got cheated looking at Discount Sales and bought RUBBISH from Trade Sofas Pontyclun.Both Mother and son who run business are big liars. The lady is just dangerous to deal with and be careful.

Will never use this Company again, we were promised a corner sofa which had been ordered seven weeks ago!! Yes seven weeks we paid for it in full, that's all we have had is excuses from the boss lady there, promised it would be delivered over two weeks ago then all the excuses under the sun, wasn't on the delivery run, then one of the drivers had finished and then was being delivered on the Thursday and still no show so I will be telling them to refund our Money and they can keep the sofa, total unprofessional Company , not recommended

Awful experience with llantrisant branch, purchased the settee an confirmed a delivery date with was black friday jus before christmas as we was just about to move into our new home. Black friday waited patiently in all day, phoned 1pm an the guy on phone said if we said we gonna deliver it today we will. Phoned again 5pm an had same response Phoned then 7pm an got told by the lady sorry there must of been a mistake if u wait in we will get it to you by tonight just wait in for us. Nothin turned up, Phoned back the next day an asked what happend an had a response sayin sorry i dont know anything about what happend an we havent got no deliveries now till after xmas So i managed to find a van to pick it up, got informed it was stored up the barn Got to the barn an found animal feaces all over the sofa aswell as a rip in the side. So left it there an went to llantrisant for a refund an had rubbish service off the owner down there, she said if i need a sofa she can give me 1 she had on display which she was gonna sell for 1500, the sofa didn have no pillows or stitchin it was jus bare so i asked could i have a different sofa which was 900 quid, she said no we sell them all the time So after arguein for 20 mins she finally decided to give me a refund. Refund bounced 3 times in 2 months had to keep phonin for it, eventually they give me a cheque The woman in llantrisant is horrible, jus after your money rather than givin you a good service. Defo would not recommend. If its stored in the barn just be prepared to have animals feaces on your sofa x

Excellent, I recently bought a stunning sofa and some superb occasional furniture, I had an easy shopping experience and friendly couple of hours with the owner who dealt with me in a professional but easy manner. I got great value from the items I bought and everything was delivered on time as agreed, quite simply, great Furniture, great prices, great service, great delivery. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service! I called in hoping to find a 3 corner sofa that was able to be purchased off the shop floor as I needed one without months of waiting to order. Suzanne was fantastic & told me she would get one made for me & delivered within a week & she was right! I choose one with a sofa bed built in & I had my 3 corner delivered yesterday it’s amazing & I can’t believe the price it’s incredible! The delivery men are so good, polite & very professional. Highly recommend this business & will 100% be back x

Really surprised with service no problems price was great and if in stock you can have it delivered in a few day at the time you want . Real nice choices some lovely furniture will buy again the furture
