Firstly I need to add that this is by no means my nearest bike shop, But after purchasing a bike from here and speaking to Damian himself I can safely say that this is my NEW bike shop. Helpful &keen to answer even my stupid sounding questions. Keep up the good work.

These guys changed the gears and adjusted my bike, and have given great advice to a commuter newbie with a toddler in tow too. Damian went the extra mile getting my bike done for the weekend and even popping next door for a spanner for me. Would highly recommend, pleased to have these guys in Whitchurch!

Great cycle shop overall, last jumpbike purchase was a pleasant experience. Immediately after the order had been placed we kept in touch assuring and sorting out the final product which was the delivery of the bike. Guys helped out with minor adjustments, which was personal preference. Well done, cheers guys. Most definitely 5* cycle shop.

Took my bike to this shop for a simple service as its the nearest to my house and I will never return again, I feel completely scammed. I was quoted a price of £180 for the service and this was justified by identifying it required 2 new tyres, new brakes, and a chain which was apparently rusting, just to confirm I didn't take my bike to the shop because it required fixing I have it serviced regularly and just felt like it was that time again. I was basically talked in to agreeing to the price because of the high quality parts they apparently use and I in all honesty didn't have time to then take it elsewhere so reluctantly agreed. My husband went to collect my bike a few days later and came home to inform me I owed him £190, they had charged £10 more (even though they had said they would never go over the quoted price without ringing to check) and they had not even changed my bike chain. I'm a few months down the line after the service now and I can unfortunately say my bike feels as though they have done absolutely nothing to it and I'm left feeling extremely angry and disappointed.

Really disappointing! I I had a tinker on my kids bike with the 3 bolts on the stem to move the handle bar slightly and tightened it up again. I also noticed a very slight rubbing sound on the rear rotor/break after i changed the tyre. I called the shop to see if they could one check the 3 bolts were at the correct torque and 2ndly to adjust the calliper. " hard to tell cost but bring it down if its a few minutes job it will be about £15 great no problem with that... i get to the shop and im met with " you will need a break service for £30" hang on a minute its a new bike it was fine until i took the tyre off, it only needs a tweak with allen key? its barley rubbing, id understand if they were hydraulic brakes that needed a service after being used all year "yep sorry its £30" ok how much to do that and check stem bolts ? "£50 and we can go through the whole bike" again its a new bike and has been checked i just wanted to pay a reasonable price for adjusting break and checking the 3 bolts were tight enough... ok i get i didn't buy the bike from the shop but they didn't offer a bike within my price point in stock unfortunately. they did however offer a extortionate rate for 3 mins work! how do i know this because i went to the next local bike shop who charged zero£ and did it in minutes , or offered a full safety check, checking every bolt and adjusting breaks for a fraction od what D Harris cycled offered not that i was expecting to pay nothing and was more than happy to pay £15/20 quoted on the phone but what a rip off I then spent £220 on bike accessories in the shop that did the work which would of been at D harris shop if they had been reasonable.. guess i wont be buying from there again in hurry

Took the bike to avids bleed rear brakes 24hrs later phoned several times with no reply the only message on phone was " your phone call can't be recorded " So went to shop bike not done Said your is next even thou there was only 3 bike infront 24 hrs ago waited Out side assistance then turned up saying the bike infront is a 45 min wait And your is another 45 min wait Unbelievable !!! don sknes is done in under a hour Left without bike being done Got home then notice Garmin bike arm had been damaged and needed to be replaced Definitely wont be using again
