Absolutely appalled by how a member of staff at the tobacco kiosk spoke to me this morning....HER WORDS you can always go somewhere else if you don’t want to wait!! Omg,This girl needs training on how to deal with customers, my staff would be sacked instantly if they ever spoke to anyone like that!! My advice stop chatting to colleagues start paying attention to whose in front of you. The guy waiting behind me was also not impressed,but didn’t have the nerve to say.

My mother in her 80s and very independent she had just come back from shopping in asda coryton and she was telling me about the security man (Andrew) that helped her this morning. She has to use a electric scooter to do her shopping and Andrew not only helped her get a scooter he also helped when she had Finished her shopping he walked to her car and unpacked the scooter of all her shopping into her car. She said he was a very happy and polite man and did not mind at all. Why can’t there be more people like Andrew.

Hi all I highly recommend this ASDA as I work next door in the autistic School whenever we need support to help & we're stuck in situations and very helpful & very supportive & understanding also the other day I accidentally dropped my new phone and the next day I went there and they kept it in the safe for me it's not like every day you find your phone but I do really appreciate ASDA for looking after it for me it's a five-star for me thank you so much Abdul

Absolutely brilliant store to visit, we live out of town and came across this asda today but we will definitely be going back as its a tidy, well functioning store with excellent range of everything you could possibly want. Baby event was excellent well stocked and had very cheap baby foods.

Big respect to the bosses at Coryton as it seems that most of the staff they employ have underlying heath issues which prevent them wearing a mask. Each morning I visit and the majority of the staff are mask free. If only other retailers were as flexible and understanding when employing staff. A pat on the back all round I say 👏

Visited this Asda yesterday evening (17.11.21) Bought half cooked chicken from the rotisserie got home opened the bag to this. The chicken wasn't cooked properly. I returned it to Merthyr Asda where I had no apology or nothing. Will be reporting to trading standards!

Plenty of space to shop. The store is well laid out and protectors are at each till. Staff seem helpful and guide you to the first available till. The store is well stocked with a variety of products and carparking is easy. Lovely store, will definitely visit again

Just visited the cafe part of store for the first time.ordered lasagne and chips as they were out of most foods at 12 30 mind.went to pay at desk and ordered cup of tea there as well.went to be seated.the tea was disgusting and wen I received the food on a child's plate it was awrefull.struggled to get my money back.finally had money back for food but wouldn't give my money back for the tea.wont be going back er.also by the look of it you carnt complain because the people who were serving don't like it.horrible people
