Will defo use this branch again, fab customer service. Was pretty obvious I had no clue what I was looking for - the staff were amazing at helping me and did me a fab deal! They included a free car check with my purchase which was perfect timing as I'm off home for Christmas soon!

I visited Halfords Llantrisant to buy a new mountain bike. Sam and Haydn were incredibly helpful and they answered all my questions expertly and made sure I had all the information I needed. I would definitely recommend Halfords to anyone in need of a new bike because of the excellent customer service I recieved, especially the approachability and knowledge of the staff. Thanks H and S.
