I’ve been with the blue practice for a year. It’s a busy practice to be sure - you can expect to wait a little for an appointment - but the receptionists are very kind, as are the doctors and nurses.

I was really surprised to read the other Google review for the Blue Practice. I've been registered with them for around 30 years, and there have - inevitably - been one or two very minor hiccups in all those years, but my experience with EVERYONE - reception staff, practice manager, nurses and GPs - has been overwhelmingly positive. I have a chronic serious illness, and my GP - and all other medical staff I've seen - has been incredibly supportive of me and the choices I've made as to how I want to manage my illness. I've felt listened to and understood, and I've been given the information I need to be an active participant in my own medical treatment. I feel incredibly lucky to be registered with this wonderful practice, and I believe my health has been enhanced as a result.

Truly unpleasant treatment from the reception staff at Blue practice. Having recently moved to the area we phoned in our first week to arrange to register to be told bluntly registration for the week is closed and to call 'the other practice'. Having looked at the reviews of staff there we preferred to persevere and were told we could try again next week. We called on Monday, my partner was able to get an appointment for the Tuesday but as I had to be at work I was told to call back on Thursday for an appointment that day. I have just got off the phone with the rude and unsympathetic receptionist who told me I could have an appointment on Monday or again I could call 'the other practice'. I have needed to see a doctor for several weeks now and am being prevented by the unhelpful and unsympathetic staff at Blue Practice. I'll be registering elsewhere where people are treated with more human kindness.

the service this practice provides leaves me speechless. In all fairness the receptionists are trying, but they take in way too many patients so turnaround times are slow beyond reason. Most importantly, some of the doctors should really reconsider their profession. They lack EQ and clearly want you out of the door as quickly as possible with little care whether they actually resolve an issue. Shocking - this is how my tax money is used.

The blue practice is always helpful and the reception staff are beyond reproach. As a registered patient of 30+ years I have nothing but praise for the blue practice and its close collaboration with the Stockbridge Pharmacy

The staff don’t pick the phone. I have to try 2 to 3 times. When they answer very rude and don’t show any empathy. Def receptionist that doesn’t know how to do their job
