Absolutely disgusting surgery. Bad attitude on the phone and a serious misdiagnoses in my family due to lack of care, interest and knowledge. The north of Edinburgh community are full of hard working people, they shouldn’t be treated like drug addicts.

I've been at this GP for about 20 years and one receptionist is very rude which put me off going for a while but the GP's Dr Knight and Dr Lynch are definitely worth seeing which has made my visits less uncomfortable. They are so supportive and do their best to find resolutions to all issues.

The receptionist with blonde hair thinks she owns the place, asks personal questions and tells patients if symptoms are important enough to see a doctor or not. She is also so rude to patients. She needs a work review, I don't understand how she's still employed she's literally rude to everyone who walks in the door or calls the practice. She's a professional when it comes to getting rid of patients.

I see the doctor here every 8 weeks, and they are lovely. Have always gotten a same day appointment if I needed one. HOWEVER, The receptionist is genuinely one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Ever. The lady who has always answerved the phone to me is LOVELY and so helpful, but the woman with long light hair on the reception has zero people skills and a major attitude problem. I am genuinely shocked that she is still employed there. Today there was someone in front of me, who was foreign and clearly didn't speak or understand fluent English, and this receptionist was ROARING at her "THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU! GO TO THE WESTERN GENERAL!", the poor lady didn't understand what the western general even was, but the receptionist just would not deal with her Honestly, as much as I get on with the doctors, I am in there fairly frequently and the receptionists attitude is really making me consider moving to another practice because she really is awful to deal with.

So many bad reviews here but I’ve been a patient at Crewe medical Center for 3 years and it’s been my best doctors yet. All the doctors genuinely care, you can get on the day doctors appointments and they have a walk in Nurse system. You can call on a Monday at 9am and get an appointment for later in the week. Fantastic service

The doctors and nurses offer great care, you can just never get an appointment to see them. Be prepared to ring at 8 on the dot, spend 1.5-2 hours on hold, and then by some miracle after doing this for about a week you'll finally get hold of a halfway competent member of staff who can book you an appointment.

The reception staff are excellent! They have been a great help during the pandemic and are still doing their best to help everyone with appointments and advice. I would like to say a special 'thank you' to Shirley on reception who helped me and gave me advice even when it was 5:55pm. Great team!

3 months of trying to get through for an appointment has proven impossible. Over 1.5 hrs in a telephone que & not moved half way through. Using Covid as an excuse for this evil procedure for an appointment is just plain evil as they aren't offering boosters and don't treat Covid patients. This is a national disgrace for our health system that @thesnp and @benmcpherson are allowing and rewarding

I called for a phone consultation on Tuesday 30th Nov at 10.30. Someone rang my phone 3 times at 11.45, then terminated the call. I called to advise I'd missed the call, as I'm a wheelchair user and slow, requested another call back. I'm still waiting 72 hours later
