Horrible surgery. I was in pain for an infection but was forced to go to work because of the company's policy about absences. When I begged for an appointment that would suit my working times, the receptionist on the phone told me "if you were really sick you wouldn't go to work". Unbelievable, disrespectful behaviour. Also, they took over one month to treat me for thrush. Needless to say I changed surgery and I'm now happy elsewhere.

Only ever had good experiences with the doctors here. And the reception staff are excellent too. Generally quick and easy to get appointments

I have been attending the centre every week for almost a year now, with long-standing issues. I have been very happy with the care and treatment that I have received from all staff, especially the Nurses. The Practice Nurse, Mrs. Denise Morton, deserves a special mention, both for her professionalism and kindness.

For same appointment must have to call them 50 time if call go through and u r lucky enough to get appointment otherwise u will get answer we r booked... If u got appointment then u must have to buy ur breakfast and lunch u never when doctor will call u inside... My appointment time was at 3.10 and I am waiting for doctor call and now time is 3.45... I think I m gonna stay tonight in surgery

One bad doctor spoils this surgery. Have had several bad experiences with Dr Entwistle. He is the most arrogant and uninterested doctor I have ever come across. For your own good and health use another doctor.
