Doctors are great BUT the centre policy of employing office staff that live in the community is unnerving. Having to rely on receptionist to give medical information or results is not good or appropriate as all questions cannot be answered by them resulting in further delays. With regards to staff that live in the community I am not comfortable that they can access medical records of those that live in the area, well aware that they sign a disclosure but still think this wrong and the office staff is to deal with the running of the business and not to give out medical related info. Some of the receptionist clearly don't care or have manners for the patients over the phone from what I have been told.
