Visited for the purpose of getting a ridacard the process was so far and easy, you wait for the line, fill out a form with personal details and they take a picture of you which will be on the card, after a few minutes of wait your card is ready and you can instantly top it up and use it, simple and fast, recommended if you are using public transport on the daily.

Friendly and helpful staff, even during a summer heatwave. Fast and efficient service :)

Very helpful and well-organised. You Can also download an app that will follow you around. All buses are equipped with WiFi.

Be sure to ask further on refund on any deposit made to monthly ridacard. When asked the person was sheepish and said it's automatically get refunded. After a number of emails they refused to accept the correct cancellation and even offer to ensure its cancelled correctly. The two stars are for the general services offered as staff are helpful with general enquiries. The drivers deserve five stars.

It's a shame that you can only top up zone c travel cards in store (bit tricky if you commute everyday during the working week, but atleast you do have Saturday to get in to top up. Just closed on Sundays). I tried to leave my email with staff to get a few questions answered about where zone B ends and zone C starts but due to policy it wasn't allowed. Bit of a shame, because the staff are very friendly and helpful but a better way to get travel questions answered might make this company's customers far happier with the service :)

I visited the booking office after I realized I had left my wallet on a No 25 bus from the park and ride into Waverly steps. The young lady I spoke to was so helpful, and after making phone calls and checks found my wallet had been handed to the bus driver. I was directed to Waverly steps again to meet the same bus on its way back and after checking my details ,the driver handed me back my wallet. What excellent service in this day and age. I would like to say thanks to all involved.

It was quiet and I was able to purchase my replacement Ridacard quickly. The assistant was friendly, helpful and efficient!

I hadn't used my bus pass for about 4yrs so was expecting to have to pay for a new one but, no. I handed it over the counter and it was credited with my next 4 weeks travel. Very handy.
