I started going there about 2 months ago and already addicted. The place is really nice, clean and the staff (Daniel and another young man) very friendly and helpful. They both come in and clean up regularly. Spacious steam room and sauna. Can be really busy, especially on Sundays.

I visited the pound last year for the 1st time and I was surprised to find everyone very unfriendly and the guys using the saunas etc never spoke at all on a Sunday afternoon...I hope it's a happier place at other times? I have been to other similar venues and all friendly places.

Went on Saturday for the First time in Years. Big Disappointment. Things out of order. Rooms Dirty and Unclean - Rubbish Bins full and beds dirty. Has an issue about someone taking my Towel. Some left me a dirty towel with x cremate on the towel. Went to reception to get an New One. I explained what happened. And they said I would have to Pay £ 1 for anther Towel. Think they should learn the Hygiene rules for Saunas. Two little screaming Queens on desk, not a clue what to do and deal with Customers. Also the place is not finished open floors. Big Steam Room Closed again and again. The cost £ 15 what a joke for a dirty hole. Staff have a lot to be desired. Not a clue how to deal with Customers. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO DIRTY HOLE.
