Horrible customer service, the gentleman on the phone was obviously annoyed, unhelpful, and rude right from the start. After I calmly suggested he could treat people nicer, he had a go at me and told me to ,,Deal with the Czech bureauracy'' and not him, kept interrupting me and did not let me finish a single sentence. Despite the lack of my verbal involvement, he kept raising his voice at me, so I hung up the phone. If you hate dealing with people, don't get a people job. I found all the information he said does not exist online, eventually. 'Thanks' for help.

All our paperwork was ready on time, both my calls were answered immediately. Nice conversation with Dr Millar.

Terrible customer service. I have been paid for documents I never get.. Which I paid almost twice!!! Dr. Millar dosn't answer the phone any more. Great experience ever.

tried to contact them, the phone doesn't even ring, would be great if you update your contact details or actually have a person there during the little opening hours you have! Aslo sent an email on the email advised, got an unable to deliver message! Great services, so helpful it hurts!!
