National Tyres and Autocare salisbury

A metal dust cover on one of my tyre valves had completely seized up and I asked them to help remove it. I was told they might have to cut it off and replace the valve which would cost around £30. 1/2 hour later they had got it off with pliers, checked all my tyre pressures, replaced the dust covers and reset the tyre pressure sensor. I went to pay and was told there was no charge. Excellent customer service, very much appreciated - thank you!

Went in today! Lots of flicking of diary told an hour wait, by a totally disinterested staff member. Lots more flicking of diary you could tell they didn't want anymore business today, so gave me a silly quote for 2 new tyres. Alot more than they advertise online tyres fitted for price. Never been Impressed with Kwik Fit and I now add National to the list of companies I won't ever use again, and certainly would not recommend!

Excellent Friendly service and In a different league to quick fit Salisbury who are rude and very unhelpful. I won't go anywhere else, great bunch of lads always so good to deal with. Great customer service.

Came into today and met Steve. Thought I had an issue with one tyre, but nope all four. Anyway these guys sorted me out, and we're very honest, reasonably price. They certainly do go the extra mile, would highly recommend. Back on the road safe and legal. Thank you so much

Only went for MOT. Booked online and great price. MOT fine except was advised to take my Tesla elsewhere next time, as their ramps could not cope with the jacking points and it took too long to work around it!

Despite arriving just before closing time with a nail in my tyre. All the staff seemed happy and keen to give me a good service. Tyre repaired and refitted very quickly. I’d recommend this branch for your tyre needs.
