Restaurant with character Well decorated restaurant and well presented food. Rice and noodle served from bamboo pots was delightful. The food was well cooked and full of flavour. Service was efficient. Prices are good.

The food has really gone down hill I'm afraid. We call in every now and again as we have family in the area. It was always a nice place to go for a Chinese meal but on our last visit (12/08/19) it has reached a new low in the standard of food. Both of our starters and main courses were bland and without flavour. We spoke to the young lad who was our waiter about our starter but our main was even worse. We'll be going elsewhere the next time we're back in the area.

Love the place been there lots of times,salt and chilli haggis and the chicken spring rolls are amazing. Always very good food,never disappointed. I celebrated my anniversary there,and I will be back soon probably. Amazing place definitely worth a visit.

Have been twice and the food was excellent both times. Highly recommend the Peking duck. Service was also very good, the senior staff were very friendly and accommodated our diet requests. Our second visit was slightly disappointing at the end - we ordered too much and requested to have our food packed for home. The waiter (probably unthinkingly!) put both dishes in ONE container. Was still edible but black bean beef and kungpo chicken don't exactly mix well. Please train your staff to pack takeaways in separate containers in future, even if there's not much left. Besides that, keep up the great work. Will definitely be visiting again for that Peking duck!

Oh my! Best Chinese food we've had in years! Restaurant is lovely, staff are friendly and attentive. Food is fresh, flavoursome and hot! Portions are good also. Warmers on the table to warm your plate and keep the food hot. Rice served in its own wee pot to keep warm as well. Reasonably priced. A lovely meal and a great start to a wee city break.

First time been here for Xmas lunch. Food was amazing. Staff are really friendly. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely meal .but bit of a nightmare trying to order .phoned 18 times on Xmas eve .couldn't get a reply so ended up driving in to place order for Xmas day .restaurant was very busy lots of people been waiting ages to pick up orders .total chaos .totally different story on Xmas day they phoned to tell me it was ready .drove in picked it up no problems. Staff very friendly and lovely meal

1st time here finally. The food was delicious and our server was lovely very courteous and nothing was to much . We had 3 dishes to share and they were very fresh and flavoursome. We will be back . Thank you do much 😁
