Greenfields Gunmakers salisbury

I don’t normal write reviews but I just wanted to share my experience with Greenfields . Last Saturday after nearly a year of having my Shotgun licence I thought I have to sort this out. So I traveled down to this shop in particular as I had visited when I first thought about taking up clay pigeon shooting. I got some great advice and to top it all off they didn’t try and sell me a gun , but said to come to their open day to try some guns which I did and took my family along . Had to pop in to the store again today as needed something doing with the gun I purchased last week, the lady who served me was really friendly and nothing was a problem and also helped with choosing a jacket . I would like to say a big thank you to Matt for the great service and advice also for being patient with me as being a complete novice, and also to the lady who served me today . Great shop and all staff are really friendly , it’s bit of travel for me but this will be my go to gun store. Highly recommend to all my friends

Walked in today to get some cartridges and the two girls behind the counter looked up at me as I walked in, didn’t greet me then just started talking with each other. I then walked around until an older lady then greeted me and asked if she could help. I’ve used this shop a few times since getting my shotgun licence and every time has been the same. A older guy then walked in as I purchased my cartridges and they both greeted him. Unless you’re the typical farmer looking shotgun owner they couldn’t care less about you.

I have always enjoyed using Greenfields the customer service is second to none, they have always gone above and beyond even when it’s been a small lower value purchase. The staff are always pleasant and easy to talk to with excellent knowledge of the products they sell, also like they are happy to order in bits they don’t tend to sell if it’s what you want. I am more then happy to recommend Greenfields to anyone from a new starter to an experienced shooter safe in the knowledge they would be well looked after even with there after sales.

I'm just starting out as a beginner. The advice offered by the shop was excellent, salesman was very knowledgeable, didn't try and push a sale, suggested several guns that were well within my price range. Will definitely be using Greenfields again in the future.

Absolutely outstanding shop, everything that you could want or need is stocked. Customer service is fantastic. Their knowledge about all the shooting sport is excellent. I cannot recommend this shop enough, it is such a same I live so far away. Matt it was a real pleasure dealing with you. A++

I've been a customer of Greenfields for a long time now, I have always found them to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and reliable. The shop refurb has made the whole experience that much better and they have been able to expand their stock and brands. Matt and the team have always looked after me well as a customer, and any problems or issues I have had have been dealt with very quickly, fairly, and really in the spirit of first class customer service. I feel they have also extended that level of service to my son, who is relatively new to shooting, they have been very welcoming to him and are keen to help the new generation of shooters as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Gun shop and we are very lucky to have such a well kept and well stocked shop this local to us here in Salisbury. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful across the board from my experience. They have been helpful towards me with regards to advice while my FAC is being processed and its good to have this relationship with them and I am sure going forward I will be visiting there throughout. i always pop my head in to say hello when in town. Highly recommended to all and Matt does a great job in keeping the customers happy.

Absolutely superb store, the recent refit has really enhanced the showroom floor ten-fold. Beautiful.

Brilliant shop with lots to choose from the staff are always happy to help and the prices are alway competitive… in my opinion the best gun shop in the south
