Dropped off a 3 piece suit for over night dry cleaning. They lost a buckle from my waistcoat, claiming that it would have been stiched on when tailored waistcoats like the one I dropped in often have a double buckle which is not sewn in. They also added a crease to the suit jacket which means it now sits funny when worn. Have had to replace the buckle by contacting my tailor and get the jacket dry cleaned again elsewhere to fix the crease.

Used them three or four times to clean suit trousers, a jacket once. Always fine, clean and pressed as I'd expect them. Staff (husband and wife, perhaps?) always friendly and courteous to me, and the prices are competitive.
