The bongo club seems like a good club. Sadly, that is not the case. Bongo club, run by a few bouncers who for some reason feel they're on top of the world. Responsible for three cases of assault in the brief period that I was present.

Reading other reviews about the door staff seems pretty accurate. Been in here many times during the years, now it's lateral flow this and a sliver of yer Grannie's DNA to gain entry. No thanks, go along to Whistlebinkies, it's much much better and the door staff are tremendous.

The bouncer with no hair which from previous reviews I presume he’s called Matthew didn’t let us in because we were not his ‘vibe’. I feel discriminated against personally and would be happy to assist in him writing his resignation!

Worst bouncers in all of Edinburgh. Should be fired. Ruined a wonderful night with their rudeness. Will not be coming back.
