Took to the 4th attempt to get some G&T with any gin in. Don't blame the bar staff themselves given reactions to complaints. Gave up after 3 attempts and went up to the top level, where I did receive some gin in my G&T at last. Atmosphere generally good but overshadowed by this.

We had only one pint before coming so we were fine. We went to one door and the doorman asked us to go to a chippy?! Which was very rude and I feel very insulted because I have been many times before. Obviously this doorman was drunk on power, which is very sad. We'll never come back. We have been to espionage many many times and it is a real same.clearly the club was too full and it would have been better if they would have just been honest about that.

Honestly one of the weirdest clubs I have ever been too. There are 5 floors, which is good if you like different types of music, but that’s when the good stops. The prices of drinks are expensive, 4.50 for a jäger bomb, 5 pounds for a beer. But the worse part is the type of people in there. It was fully of creepy single men who just stood on the outskirts staring at you, even one kept harassing me and my girl friends when we just wanted to be left alone. It didn’t feel very safe and there wasn’t any visible security. Me and my friends had a laugh at the situation but it was very weird and I would not feel safe in a group less than 4.

I can't review the inside of this place as we didn't get there! Unfortunately the door staff took offence to my friend (who in fairness has a dodgy moustache) and said he had been radioed about from downstairs. We were unable to argue this as any attempt to communicate was treated with a blank stare. An unfortunate end to an otherwise cracking night.

Decent wee place. Plenty bars to visit and cubby holes to sit in. Comfy seats, beers not bad.
