Ordered 2 carpets in the space of three months Sean who helped with order was fab helped me out great stuff got the dates for fitting great and doors needed trimmed first carpet fitted no problem then i get told the guy who was coming to door wouldnt be coming one of the other guys came out of his way to sort it out after time. 2nd carpet fitted today great then i get imformed that the guy who does the doors is on holiday. Not impressed at all why book something carpetright when you cant even get the job done properly angry is an understatement

From purchase to fitting we have always had great service from Carpetright. The notable point on this occasion is that Stuart (the one that came to check my measurements instigated a 20% reduction in out payment because I had overestimated our requirements. No quibble! But that’s what you come to expect from the staff at Carpetright. Stuart the store manager also needs to be commended for his superb customer service.

If I could give 6 ⭐️ for the help we received from Stuart, the manager, I would. He was so understanding and helped us remedy a difficult situation. Lucky staff and lucky Carpetright to have Stuart as one of their managers. Good luck for the future! We will definitely visit the Hermiston Gait store again 😀😀

Really nice staff but once they placed the order they had absolutely no clue or any information as to what was going on. I ordered carpet and vinyl, both to be fitted on the same day. Got a phone call the day before to say the carpet hadn’t been delivered to the store. Got the vinyl fitted and rearranged for the carpet to be delivered. I waited 5 weeks for this as I placed an additional order for more vinyl and wanted them fitted on the same day. The day before the carpet was due to be delivered I phoned the store and spoke to the manager to make sure the carpet had arrived and everything was set for fitting the following day. He assured me it was but then phoned me on the day it was due to be fitted and told me it hadn’t been delivered to the store. Now, nobody can tell me where the carpet is or when it’s going to be delivered.
