Went for a simple trim on a layered style haircut. Hairdresser was nice but had to ask twice for the sides to be thin out (as it had ended much too square to my usual layered style, which is what I originally requested ). Second time I asked, she simply lifted my top hair layer and cut patches of hair almost down to the skull leaving me with half centimetre long hair patches all over. SHOCKING ....

I have been getting my hair done here for a couple of years after various disasters at other expensive salons. Gillian has never let me down. Colour and cut are always what I ask for or advised and I walk away feeling fabulous. How you should when you leave a salon.

Happiest I've been with a salon in a long time! Gillian listened to and was interested in my 'hair goals'. She was very approachable and accommodating - I find that sometimes it can be tricky to explain your hopes and expectations in hair salons but she made it so easy and natural, and stress-free! Gillian is very talented, and puts a great deal of care and consideration into her work. Will definitely be returning!

Gemma is a miracle worker! I go in feeling down in the dumps with hair that resembles a brillo pad - and I come out with stylish hair and a bounce in my step! I have had my hair cut by one of her colleagues too (can't remember her name, my bad) - and she did a great job too. Highly recommended.
