Not what we were looking for,for our needs, but very helpful and courteous.
Hidden within the Toyota garage but the service is as good as Honda always is. Great service from the sole manager and got me a great deal on a 2 year service plan. My car just had it's first 12.5k service and the cars running far better than it was with a 10mpg increase and more power from the remap. Highly recommend.
Thanks to Andrew from Honda Newbridge. Car was MOT'd, serviced with back discs and pads replaced. Great service - Car was picked up from my place of work in the morning and returned with all work completed. All costs were agreed up front, car was also cleaned inside and out. I have to point out I used to go to Honda Halbeath but the customer service there was terrible (I even left a review which they didn't bother responding to). Will definitely be returning to Honda Newbridge.
Was a bit worried what to expect - but my service was done without any problems - social distancing in place, and all things sanitised that had been touched by the mechanic. Waiting area had seats not in use - keeping people apart. Last but no means least - I have to mention that all the staff I spoke to were very courteous and professional, and made me feel like a valued customer.
Had my first service and MOT here after my car purchase from them. In Covid times, service did not suffer and all precautions were advertised and followed.
