Took out a Ford Transit Custom. This company is a joke. All they are interested in is throwing out invoices for your vehicle that is not covered under that part of the warranty.

Jamie lapsley was very much polite and friendly told me all I needed to know about the car I wanted answered all the questions I ask. He didn't try to over sell like some other dealers I've tried in the past.

1 of the 4 Ford garages contacted in relation to a trade in against a new focus. Trade in valued at next june "potential value" rather than actual value now. The 3 other ford dealers contacted valued car at today's price and would honour that price despite delivery of car early 2022. Difference of nearly 2.5k. Did not progress and bought elsewhere.

Went in so that they could diagnose a fault with my car, had to wait on a part and it took a few days for it to arrive and fitted toot sweet so cant argue for their service.
